TERMS & CONDITIONS
Ground Preparation
The site must be level and solid. Any uneven areas should be levelled or smoothed before our team arrives.
If additional site preparation is needed, this may incur extra fees as per our Assembly and Installation Service Terms.
Pergolas can be installed on hard surfaces (e.g., concrete, slabs, decking) or on grass/earth. For soft surfaces, you will need to prepare concrete pads (20cm³ to 40cm³) in advance to secure the structure before the installation team arrives.
Please ensure any preparatory work is completed and allowed sufficient time to settle before scheduling installation.
Wall-Mounted Pergolas
Please ensure that the wall is free of any pipes, lights, or other obstacles that could interfere with the fitting of the pergola before the installation team arrives.
Pre-Installation Discussion
Confirm with our customer service team the type of surface and any necessary preparations so there are no surprises on installation day.
Property Damage Liability:Vain Pergola is not responsible for any damage to decking, patios, gardens, or other property caused by the use of securing materials.
Manual Blinds Use
Manual blinds should not be left down overnight or used as a storage solution. Doing so places extreme pressure on the frame, which can lead to ongoing problems. Any resulting issues must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
Wind Damage
Once the installation is complete, customer approval is required to confirm the job. Vain Pergola is not liable for damages or faults not related to manufacturer defects, including those caused by ground movement, extreme weather, tampering, or changes in the surrounding area after installation.
